Question for KELI ELECTRIC MANUFACTURING(NINGBO) CO.LTD.

We bought an Digital Electronic Weighing indicator model D2008f (A/p/p1)and also the computer software, System of Automobile Weighing-10.0.After installation that computer could not communicate with the indicator.what could be the problem?
