Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Jiangyuan Development Association, the English name for the Snowland Service Group, referred to as SSG. Implementation of the project started in 1999 and preparations for NGO work in 2001, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Bureau of Civil Affairs officially approved for registration. Yushu region and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the oldest non-profit civil society organizations.
