Yuhuan High-Rate Part Manufacturing Factory is located in one of the largest production centers for automobile and motorcycle parts in China. Established in 1985, we are a member of China's National Heavy Duty Trucks Group and an affiliated company of the Hangzhou Automotive Engine Plant. Our factory was established with a registered capital of USD1,360,000 and fixed assets worth USD2,470,000. Now we own factory facilities covering some 20,000 square meters. We employ more than 500 employees including 40 technicians, 6 senior engineers and 16 experts that are all capable of utilizing CAD, DOE and CAM design systems. Our leading products cover connecting rod assemblies, engine timing gear boxes, oil pump speed regulators, front wheel covers, automatic automobile regulators, steering gear torsion bars, high strength bolts and other related parts. At present 10% of our production is exported to North America, Europe, and other regions. We are currently a primary supplier for Guangzhou Honda, Yuchai Machinery, Weichai Power Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Automotive Engine Plant, Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Asimco Meilian Braking Systems (Langfang) Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., and Chongqi Heavy Vehicle Group Co., Ltd Since China entrance into the WTO, in order to keep pace with the international market and enhance our products' overall quality, our corporation has invested considerably in recent years in restructuring. In 2001 Taizhou Chenxin Company was established, focusing on business and trade and in 2003, we established a branch factory with USD990,000 in Hangzhou exclusively for manufacturing engine timing gear boxes. Also in 2003, we set up the company BOLT which organized to focus on export and fine fishing. Finally in 2004, we acquired 50,000 square meters of land in Shanghai and established Shanghai Yunming Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which aims to develop and produce batch production of auto parts. With the first phase now under construction, in March of this year we formed the Qiangli Group on the basis of these five companies. Having already passed ISO9002 quality approval standards in the year 2000, in 2004 we were awarded ISO/TS16949 quality management certification.
