Started home fashion textile business in 1993 as a professional designer and manufacturer of throws and blankets in Jiangsu Province, Shanghai Sunwin Industry Co., Ltd. has grown into one of the first two companies in China to make chenille into soft throws and has been leading the market since 1996. To meet clients' demands and to enlarge our product range, we extend throws and blankets from chenille and cotton to new single or blended yarn like cashmere and wool, silk and cotton, bamboo fiber, tencel and modal, supima cotton, micro fiber and fancy yarn such as boucle yarn, thick and thin yarn. After 4 years' unremitting efforts, we are called "The King of the Throw" and have won a great reputation from customers in home textile area. Every year we spend about USD121,900 on new design and sourcing, and every year we can put forward more than 200 new items to the market, which has ensured us to establish good partnership with Pottery Barn, West-elm, Garnet Hill, Lan's end, Mohawk, The Bay, John lewis, Debenhams and many other valuable customers in the world. As a return, we are growing with USD25,000,000 annual turnover and our target for this year and year 2007 will be USD35,000,000 and USD50,000,000 respectively. Quite different from other factory and common trading companies, we own a large scale vertical production based woven and sewing factory in Changzhou, a knitting factory in Changshu, a sewing and embroidery factory in Zhangjiagang and has steady long term relationship with about 10 subcontractors. And now we have set up a full range of techniques for home textiles including woven (130" width), jacquard (120" width), brushed (110" width), knitted (1.5, 3, 5, 7GG, 110" maximum width) and warp knitted (130" width) products. With advanced looms and knitters, we are able to meet any requirement from any customer in the world. Also with these production bases, our merchandisers have a strong advantage of both development and cost.
