Jiangsu Xinling Motorcycle Fabricate Co., Ltd. was established in1992 in Wuxi City, close to Lake Tai, is an enterprise that is publicized by the National Developing and Innovation Committee, conformed by the National Foreign Economy and Trade Ministry, and to operate the import-export business with authorized right. Xinling built over 100,000 square meters modernized workshop, invested 13 product lines; introduced the high-tech omission analyzing system AVL from Pier burg German, and chassis dynamic measuring instrument from Lenze German.
