DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Absolute worst hair company I have ever worked with. Purchased a topper and all of the hair started immediately shedding and brushing out to point that there were bald spots all over the top of it. This happened in less than three weeks. I reached out to customer service via Whatsapp and was advised by Tobias that if I sent the piece back they would repair it for free. He then completely ghosted me and stopped responding to any of my messages when I asked when I would get a Fedex label to arrange for pick up. Sent over five messages to Tobias and to their Customer Service number through Whatsapp with no response. Also tried messaging them through Instagram multiple times with no response. Garbage product and garbage customer service. DO NOT waste your money on this company.
