The History of Holley Metering Ltd. (HML) in the metering business dates back to 1970 when the company was founded in Yuhang, a suburban district of Hangzhou. In 1994, HML moved its headquarters from Yuhang to Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang province. In 2002, HML?s acquisition of Hangzhou Beta Gas Meter Company marks the first step to expand the product range from electricity meter to gas, water and heat meters.
