Our R&D Department employs 10 technical personnel with special knowledge of machinery industry. Using a computerized system to design new products, these members of staff are also responsible for conducting training of production workers and ensuring that quality standards are maintained. Our Quality Control Department takes charge of the quality standards and safety of our products through the inspection of incoming raw material, semi-finished and completed products. Having adopted a computer network-aided management system, these staff report directly to the General Manager, and are responsible for taking corrective measures when quality problems occur. This department holds regular meetings at least once a week, and makes reasonable and effective modifications of the entire quality system; also providing valuable proposals for minimizing operational costs.
