Process of injection mold:
1, Drawing: providing product drawing design per customer’s request.
2, Design: communicate and exchange ideas with customers during mold design.
3, Mold Making: After confirmation by customers, we start to manufacture the custom mould.
4,Sample offering: Once sample tested and finished, we will send samples to customer for confirmation.
5, Mass production: After confirmed by customers, we will start mass production accordingly.
6,Printing: We offer prinitng service for customers.
7, Packing and Assembling: After finish production, we start to assemble and pack plastic products into cartons or upon customers’ request.
8, Delivery: We will load goods into containers and send them to customers via SEA/AIR/Railway.
